We’d been looking unsuccessfully for ages for Bentwood style timber chairs to go with our large Pottery Barn dining table. So we knew the market and when I saw these online I was pleased I was able to make sure they were right just from photos / zoom and questioning the helpful staff. The chairs didn’t have that terrible mass produced look that all the competitors had nor were they a bit flimsy like the Replica ones we almost bought. But the absolute icing on the cake was I was able to pay for them and have the 6 chairs delivered to my Brisbane house within the hour! That’s great service. The chairs are high quality with a great finish and we are happy. Thanks to Olga and Chris from RNI for organising it so seamlessly. We will probably get some more (it’s a big table).

I requested a series of quotes which were emailed to me almost immediately. Once our order was placed, less than 24 hours later stock was on our door. Not bad since we are based in Melbourne CBD and they are in Queensland. Service was efficient and absolutely trouble free. Great job.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Cafe Solutions, Brisbane.  As a small charity, setting up a social enterprise business we were both budget conscious and time-poor!  The Cafe Solutions website was fantastic – easy to navigate, clear images, and super-helpful and quick ‘chat’ options which I used several times to clarify details.  Their prices were good – I couldn’t find a better price – as was their very inexpensive delivery fee. There were a few succinct emails and a phone call from Todd who kindly explained additional information about a product:  communication in every format was swift and clear.  And then, 40 chairs – 8 different styles & colours…Sorry! – were packed and delivered to our site the next day. This was my first experience with Cafe Solutions, but they will be our first port-of-call for future needs.  Thanks very much, guys.

After a mix up with another company, I sent an online enquiry late Friday evening, within half an hour I received a call back and was helped by Sandra, not only did Sandra make my night by calling me back she also confirmed the tables I needed were in stock and available to collect on Sunday so my new cafe can open on Wednesday, absolute fantastic service. I only wish I’d found cafe solutions much sooner for all my cafe needs. Thank you so much 🙂
